Beautiful resort for family, honeymooners and couple. Nice staff. They have arranged floating breakfast for all of us. Nice breakfast. They died hard to serve you better in anyway. They provide nice jain food and highly rated the same.

We booked a night at the resort to relax and unwind in the serenity as advertised. Unfortunately there was a staff party for 4 hours of our 1 day stay which echoed around the resort for the full afternoon. Of course events are important but to charge a premium rate in a spa and give no prior warning I feel is a very poor customer experience. Response from the resort was, don't complain, this is how is. Beautiful hotel, location etc but be warned your stay may be interrupted by loud noise without warning - which is not what a luxury spa would be.

This place is right inside the zoo, so you will likely be woken up by the monkeys in the morning which really adds to the experience. The staff are amazing, a running theme in Bali. The food was delicious although limited in choice. We stayed 4 days and by the end were a little bored of things to eat. It's a very clean hotel with smoking areas limited to an area beside the bar, the bar which has its own cassowary enclosure is lovely with good drinks and you are up close with love animals. Special shout out to the resident house cat merlin - beautiful white cat who nobody knows how he got there as he unlike any of the local cats in Bali. The hotel provides good services - especially the couple's photography session, and we also got discount on the water bath with elephants and spa treatment. Happy hour is all you can drink cocktails for 150k pp, be warned they aren't expecting British level of drinking so don't be shy and wave them over - they will be happy to help!
